At Nirmitkala, every product is created and packed with great care and attention to detail. As a small and growing brand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
Your trust means everything to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer an exchange.
📦 When is an Exchange Possible?
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please inform us within 12 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests
- The video must clearly show a 360° view of the sealed package and the product during opening
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact
This process helps us verify the issue and raise it with our delivery partners efficiently.
